Our gluten and soya free chocolate contains either three to four main ingredients, and nothing else.
Our dark chocolate is made from raw organic Criollo Cocoa nibs, organic cocoa butter, unrefined cane sugar and half a vanilla bean (vanilla caviar), with the added addition of semi-skimmed milk powder for our milk chocolate.
We hand craft each small batch, all ingredients grind over 24-hours to create beautiful chocolate that’s smooth, rich and delicious to taste.
